MOTOFIXER

Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MotoFixer (the "Service"), operated by Kirill Osipov, a sole proprietor ("MotoFixer," "we," "us"). By using MotoFixer, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

The Service

MotoFixer is a reference tool for motorcycle mechanics and enthusiasts, providing technical specifications (fluid capacities, torque values, service schedules, fault codes, suspension setup data, and related workshop information) for a range of motorcycle models.

MotoFixer is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any motorcycle manufacturer. Specifications are compiled from official service manuals and other reference sources and reviewed where indicated, but the Service is provided "AS IS" without any warranty of accuracy or completeness. Always verify critical values (torque specs, valve clearances, safety procedures, etc.) against the official service manual for your exact motorcycle before performing any work. Incorrect use of any information on this Service may result in damage to property or personal injury. You use the Service, and any information on it, entirely at your own risk.

Accounts

Signing in is optional and only required to access MotoFixer Pro or to submit feedback/bug reports. Accounts are created via Google Sign-In. You're responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activity under your MotoFixer account.

MotoFixer Pro (Subscription)

Most of MotoFixer's data is free to use without an account. MotoFixer Pro is an optional paid subscription that unlocks additional data (torque specs and sequences, fault code diagnostics, suspension setup baselines, engine tuning specs, and advanced engine data).

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (annually, unless stated otherwise at checkout) and renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd), who acts as the merchant of record for these transactions — see our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund details. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Manage Billing inside the app.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Intellectual Property & Trademarks

Motorcycle brand names, model names, and logos referenced on MotoFixer are trademarks of their respective owners and are used solely to identify the vehicles a given specification applies to. This use does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from those owners.

Technical specifications themselves — torque values, fluid capacities, clearances, and similar factual data — are not creative works and are not owned by any single source; MotoFixer compiles and cross-references them independently from official documentation and other technical references rather than reproducing any one manual. The compilation, organization, and presentation of that data on the Service, along with all original text, design, and software, is the property of MotoFixer and may not be reproduced or redistributed in bulk without permission (see Acceptable Use above).

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MotoFixer and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including damage to a vehicle, injury, or loss — arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service or any data it provides.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
